Welcome to Trelawne Cottage Gardens – We are a small park with just fourteen homes situated in what was originally the walled gardens of Trelawne Manor.
Homes are set out informally among small trees and shrubs and enjoy a secluded peaceful position with high stone walls, hedges or trees on all boundaries. We are two and a half miles from both Looe and Polperro and just over a mile from the picturesque coastline of South East Cornwall.
The park is a real community and is exclusively for people aged 52 and over. We are resident owners and family and friends have the peace of mind that as a gated park and with most residents retired or semi-retired the park provides additional security with like-minded neighbours.
We are on a regular bus route with stops just outside the park. Cars can be parked in either a garage or in the reserved residential parking area. We are a pet free park.
